Return & Refund Policy

At FundLink, we provide educational content focused on financial literacy and planning awareness. Since our services primarily involve digital materials and informational resources, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are non-refundable unless there is a specific issue covered under this policy. Refunds will not be issued for:

Failure to use the service due to reasons unrelated to FundLink.
Change of mind or mistaken purchases after accessing the content.
Dissatisfaction with general information provided, as FundLink offers educational materials and does not guarantee specific results.
Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances, such as:

Duplicate payments made in error.
Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that FundLink is unable to resolve.
Incorrect charges or billing errors directly caused by FundLink.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellation by the Customer

FundLink reserves the right to cancel access to its content under the following conditions:

Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
